I’ve been listening to the Morning Rush for more than seven years already and the reason why I got hooked is because of their top ten.

Yesterday, April 18, their topic was “top ten waiter/waitress moments” and having this funny anecdote from my former job, I decided to join…

My entry read:

“… while working as duty manager in an exclusive golf & country club I witness the incident between our waiter and an arrogant member. The member ordered ground pork omelet and when he received it he shouted “there’s a fly in my omelet!” So the waiter immediately proceeded to his table with a fork, got what he was pointing to and ate it. Then he immediately turned to the member and said “sir, hindi naman po langaw! Bawang po!” The member not knowing what hit him stopped complaining and continued eating. I then approached the waiter and asked “bawang ba talaga?” and the waiter said “hindi po mam - langaw nga po!”

and what dya know? I made it to the top ten! not only as an entry but the number 1 entry!

Haha… wish I had more of those!
